Good contacts, bad customer service.
The contact selection are wonderful but their customer service is Not. Last purchase of mine had 2 out of my 4 contacts with defect and I e-mailed wooeye twice about a replacement because it was within my 40 day risk free frame. Nobody responded back and I now have beautiful colored lenses that can’t be worn.

I'm so sorry to hear about the defective lenses and the trouble you've had getting a response. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. Our customer service team did reply to your request, so the email might have accidentally landed in your spam or promotions folder. Could you please check there?
