I was nervous during my first swap and entered the wrong address — just one digit off. I contacted support without really expecting any help. They replied quickly and, of course, didn’t promise miracles, but they explained in detail what I could do and how. Maybe I’ll get lucky and the person on the other side will be decent. It was my mistake, and I have no complaints about the service — just wonderful, responsive people.
