Canapuff – Never Again!

17.11.2025:
I have ordered from Canapuff three times now – and the experience has become an absolute disaster.
1st order (September): Delivered after about 1.5 weeks – already longer than stated, but still somewhat acceptable.
2nd order (October): Delivered after 4 days – okay, but still not within the timeframe promised on the website.
3rd order: Placed and paid on 06/11/2025, and as of today, 17/11/2025, the order has not even been shipped.
On the website, the cartridges are shown as “in stock,” and a delivery time of 2–5 days is promised. When I asked the support team, they told me the items were actually not in stock and that there were supply issues with their vendor. This is not only unprofessional but simply misleading.
I decided to wait and accepted the offered 20% discount as a so-called apology. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a clear update on when my order will be shipped.
After about five attempts to contact them:
After the second follow-up, they simply stopped responding. My ~€130 is paid, I have neither the product nor a refund, and there is absolutely no response to my request for an update or reimbursement!!!
Incorrect stock information, delivery times that are never met, no replies from customer support, and no visible effort to resolve the issue – to me, this is outrageous.
Conclusion:
Customer service: poor to nonexistent
Communication: stops entirely as soon as things get complicated
Transparency: misleading information about stock and delivery times
Trust: completely destroyed
I will never order here again and strongly advise anyone to avoid Canapuff if you value reliability, honesty, and proper customer service.
