Breach of Contract – Do Not Recommend Centricity
I purchased a Centricity (EPIC Protect / Bankers Warranty Group) service contract with the understanding that it would cover on-site repair, food loss reimbursement, and a “No Lemon” benefit after repeated failures. When my refrigerator broke down in June 2025, I expected the company to honor those terms.
Instead, I’ve experienced:
• Failed repairs with no resolution
• No-show service providers
• Over 15+ daily calls where I was promised escalation and 2-day callbacks — none of which ever happened
• No new provider assigned despite clear contract language requiring timely on-site repair
As of more than three months later, I am still without a working refrigerator. Centricity has breached their own contract, ignored their 24/7 support promise, and failed to provide the service I paid for.
Impact:
• Months of inconvenience without refrigeration for my household
• Emotional stress from constant delays and lack of accountability
• Countless hours wasted on daily follow-up calls
Centricity has not honored their warranty obligations. Their inaction and repeated broken promises make me strongly advise others to avoid purchasing their plans.
