Just be mindful

Just be mindful, this company can change your flight times up to 18 hours, change your airline, change your chalet and rooms etc and you won’t be offer an ounce of help or compensation. They will just refer you to their T&Cs.

Definitely better tour operators out there.

Dear Melissa,

We’re really sorry to read your review and to see how strongly you feel ahead of your trip.

We completely understand that changes to flight times can be frustrating, especially with your 30th birthday falling on your travel day. To clarify, your flight has been moved by approximately 4.5 hours later, and while we appreciate this is not ideal, you will be leaving resort around 11.30am as oppose to 04.00am.

All tour operators operate under similar terms and conditions when it comes to airline schedule changes. That said, we do always aim to keep any disruption to a minimum and support our guests wherever possible.

Travel to ski resorts can also be complex, with factors such as weather, airport congestion and road conditions sometimes impacting transfer days, which can add to delays on travel days.

We’re sorry that you feel unsupported at this stage, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We would still very much like the opportunity to provide you with a great holiday and ensure you have a special birthday in resort.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. Paid for delivery and completely failed to meet delivery dates. Still no sign of parcel. Won’t ever order from them online ever again!
