The fabric is soft without feeling too thick, and it's warm enough for cool mornings but still breathable indoors.
One thing I really appreciate is how the fit feels relaxed but not sloppy. The hood sits nicely without constantly falling back, cuffs haven't stretched out like some hoodies tend to do.
