I purchased a WordPress theme from GPL Plugins Club expecting a fully functional product, as described. However, after installation, the theme asks for an activation code — something that was never mentioned prior to purchase.

I contacted support regarding this issue but haven’t received any response.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. Selling GPL products without clarifying limitations or required activation defeats the purpose. Unless they resolve this, I cannot recommend this service to others.
