I booked on the phone app. It works generally well, but it was not quite all plain sailing (!) as there was a glitch. It kept telling me the age I put in for my friend was not in the age bracket selected (it was).
I had to close the browser and reload the page. After that, it worked and I now have my tickets

I was impressed with the high level of customer service, after I needed to add one, then another item to my order.
Very quick to answer the phone, and no AI chat bot to triage you! Just helpful people. Set me up an account and assisted with my delivery date mix up, too!
Website fairly straightforward, but it is the human attention to detail that stands out
