I agree with the other that gave a poor review! They are indeed only after your money and it is a subscription trap. I was emailing them requesting the cancellation when they charged me a second time for a second theme, which I was not even aware of. Even though I clearly was in communication with them explaining I don’t need their services. They looked at my profile but went ahead and still charged me even more money. I don’t usually write reviews but they should at least allow refunds on the day of the subscription!
P. S. Yea, thank you for the refund after I complained. Also, all your renewals emails go into the promotion or spam folders. Thanks for the refund of one portion of the charge. So refunds are possible?!
Thank you for handling the issue fast! That is beyond appreciated. Don’t take offence to bad reviews. Maybe get curious as to why customers are complaining and use the feedback to improve your company and policies. Thanks again!

In this age of modern communication where emails are sent for renewals customers seldom do not care to check them.
The site says its a subscription, the order after processing says its a subscription.
All it takes is a single email or chat or self to cancel ths subscription.
After charge the client went ahead and cancelled the subscription for the 2 products.
The client fails to mention here that the second charge was indeed refunded.
Is it a trap? No, it's nonsense. Lifetime plans exist, subscribers are informed before being charged, and a single email or self-cancellation is also possible.
