in 2017 I bought lifetime for something around 60 euro.
i use it frequently to update elementor pro. But you can also find many great template kits.
I agree there are some outdated or not fully working plugins available. but maybe you just need to pay when you want to use something which depends on services.
And yes the main site is not loading correctly but when you open an plugin page from a google search you can login.
And this way I can use the newest elementor pro for 8 years.
I can tell GPLplugins.club is legit and I never had issues with malware.
