Always fast, on time delivery of great products. Only one time did I receive two vapes that didn't work, but that's not the fault of ECM. Had I checked them right away I would've tried for a refund but didn't know until a month later when I finally got to that particular vape(both defective vapes were the same brand/model). I like the prices, the deals, and the discounts. Best site out there!

Received my package very quickly. All ordered items were present, although one of the item's box was already open. Nothing inside was tampered with though, so it probably just wasn't sealed correctly at the manufacturing center.

I've been using JustPlay for awhile now. Somewhere between 3-5 months would be my guess. At first, I put a lot of time into earning. Then I fell back a little for awhile. Then I noticed they were doing different special earning periods and boosted coin events, etc.

They're doing new things here and there and once you figure out your earning potential and find time to dedicate to it, you will earn a decent amount. Had I been plugging away since I started I would have a lot more cashed out. And btw the cash out process is super simple and it goes through right away. I use PayPal to cash out. In conclusion, if you're looking for this type of app... THIS IS THE ONE.

I was missing rewards for completing a task in a particular game so I contacted support. I was asked to give detailed information on the issue and then provide screenshots displaying proof of completion. I provided a few clear screenshots and received a reply that if it were to be decided that I have completed the task I would receive my rewards within I think 12 hours. I received the reward for the completed task within minutes! Best customer service experience I have ever had with these sort of earnings apps! I am 100% satisfied with my experience!
