Non-Existent Customer Care
Unable to understand simple support queries
Escalations are impossible
Complaints are parked for weeks together. They never reply on emails, there is no escalation matrix, no access to senior management
They don't understand if the complaint is about technical support, billing, sales or something else, just keep on passing from one team to other and nobody takes ownership of any complaint
Can imagine they have poor data management poor and complaint tracking systems
