The team at Chippenham Millets are all very lovely. I had Jim help me today with selecting some walking boots. He helped me understand the different treads and what terrains they are good for so I was able to choose 3 pairs to try on. I took my time to try them on and Jim was attentive the whole way. Very happy with my purchase because they are good quality shoes at a very good price! I love this store and will go back for clothing too

I visited Sofology in Swindon twice in one week. The first time I was shown around by Nick who was very welcoming and funny but not pushy. He was very helpful as he advised whether I should get a sofa bed or just a sofa. He also showed me a very popular sofa that would fit my needs as I have a small space and had a particular colour and material in mind. The next time I visited was after seeing a lot of different sofas in many other stores, when I got to Sofology which was the last store, Duella helped me and I went straight to the sofa that Nick showed me in my earlier visit. It was hands down the best sofa I had seen all day. Super comfortable, beautiful colour and material and would fit perfectly in my space and be very roomy for three people. Duella helped me with the purchase and she was very kind and funny too. They were both such welcoming people that it was a great experience to buy from Sofology Swindon.
