No joke when I say 11/10 in both the customer service department AND the flavor of the coffee. I found Chafed and Cranky on social media weeks before I went on a 7 day grueling bike trip and thought how funny it was they had a coffee called Epic Hill Climb. So I ordered it, because that social media post HAD to be a sign that I needed it! :-) And I am SO glad I did, because it’s my go to coffee for my hot morning cup AND my afternoon iced coffee!
