Customer service poor when I’m trying to contact them with a complaint. Left 2 chat messages which they said they would come back within 24 hrs but no response. Disgusting - they are quick and friendly to take your money though!!

Test and results arrived very quickly. Easy to do the test and understand the results. I eliminated the foods that it said I was sensitive to and saw an immediate improvement. I have been recommending this test to family and friends. Had a polite aftercare conversation with Kyle which was appreciated.
