i uninstalled from my store 11/1/24 i was charged on the 11th so i cancelled 12th over the phone with them. lady stated it was taken care and asked can i remove my negative review and i did. noticed a charge january after back tracking they charged me in december as well. took 10hrs for a reply rowell stated he didnt see a subscription under either of my email. requested a refund now i got a email talking about its denied because i didnt cancel is and that my trial ended on 11/12/24 and they have a no refund policy. shopify should remove them from their platform
