I ordered from Prim-Rose for the first time after seeing an ad on Pinterest. My parcel arrived yesterday, and what can I say?! The earrings I ordered are absolutely stunning. The shipping was super fast, and the attention to detail (the packaging and the little note) is superb. I can really recommend the shop and will definitely buy from them again.

Herr Ledl war sehr geduldig und hilfreich und konnte mir bei meinem Problem helfen. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und somit konnte mein Anliegen schnell gelöst werden.

I purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud via G2A and was scammed. The seller never renewed my license and when I contacted customer service, I waited forever to get a response. When I finally did get one, they solely told me to contact the seller again and provide proof, that the product is indeed not working as should. Of course I did as asked. I then got another response, saying that I should check my spam folder (as if I didn't do that first thing). I sent them proof that the seller not only scammed me, but other customers too. And yet, the dude is STILL SELLING on the site. G2A has done absolutely nothing. And I still haven't gotten my money back! Very frustrating customer service to say the least.
