Great selection and everything got to me quickly!

I've always had a good experience ordering from ThriftBooks. The selection is expansive, the quality descriptions are accurate, the price is right and they get to us quickly! What more could you ask for?

Love the selection of all the ornaments! There is literally something for everyone on your list. The quality is top notch, the packaging was great and everything arrived safe and sound! The designs are always really cool and just have a great vibe for our vintage inspired Christmas tree.

I'll be buying insurance every time now! Had a great experience using Allinaz when we had to cancel a trip for my partner.

Unfortunately one of our beloved pets became very sick before our trip. We both didn't want to cancel plans to celebrate a friend's milestone birthday so he offered to hang back and care for our pet. In a super stressful time, it was easy to file the claim, upload documents and I want to say same or next day the money for his ticket was back in my account. It took a world of stress of our shoulders! Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip both big and small!

*Update*
Centricity had a US based person call after my review and said they would get this claim taken care of immediately. It wasn't any faster than the multiple people I had talked to on their customer service line for the last week and few days. They also asked if I would update my review for this timely service. I said sure because I didn't want to compromise getting the service I needed. I now have vinyl floors and cabinets to fix from the leaky dishwasher. I wonder how many other positive reviews were people like myself who felt obligated so they could get what they need.

I submitted a claim last week that my dishwasher was leaking. We had it confirmed by a plumber it was a part and not plumbing so I escalated the ticket by uploading a video. Each time I talked to someone there was something different. First, they had seen the video and said they had contacted the appliance company for a replacement and it would take a few days. Then when I called back they needed me to send the bar code on the inside of the dishwasher. Fine. Then they needed me to upload the video because they hadn’t gotten it. Then it was too big so they needed me to send again. This morning, a full week later, they said their claims department was still working on it because it was under $800 and somehow that makes the claim more difficult and they wouldn’t have an answer for me till Wednesday this week. All the while it’s still leaking water and ruining the floor and cabinets in my kitchen.

It's crazy to me there's not some sort of emergency offering, even if carried a fee, for claims that involve something more time sensitive like a leak. I get not every appliance issue is an emergency (even if it feels like it to the customer) but at this point a replacement will happen two weeks after the initial incident and an unknown amounts of damage to my floors and cabinets. If the appliance company you're looking to buy from uses Centricity, look elsewhere.

I loved my experience with Bemz! First off, customer service was amazing! I ordered swatches but was having a hard time visualizing so I reached out on instagram and they sent me tons of photos of different couches with the colors I was considering to help me narrow it down! The slip covers are easy enough to put on, it's a little bit of a labor of love since you have to take the couches apart (we thrifted our Soderhamn so we didn't have the experience of putting it together) but it went quickly and our couches look like we spent 10X what we did! I highly recommend Bemz to anyone looking to spruce up their ikea furniture!
