Customer Care Sucks

On 25 July 2024 I paid Vat+Taxes into the company's bank account in the amount of R268 for 2 parcels. Only to find out later, that Temu provided me with the wrong courier company details. Since 25/7/2024 I have made numerous calls to Buffalo Logistics contact centre.. spoke to nearly 10 different people - who all failed to promptly assist. One consultant advised that I request a refund form the company for the fees paid+forwarded me Refund Form for completion. I then escalated the completed Refund Form and Proof of Payment to all their consultants who requested it. But till today .. Zero refund nor Feedback. I'm so aware R268 ain't big bucks, but tis a Matter of Principle - the company's Integrity+Poor Customer care. The aforementioned docx were also emailed numerous times to both Support+Refunds eections @ Buffalo Logistics.. however to date, only automated responses are provided, which clearly indicates that my Claim/Refund is till today not being processed. And I seem like I need to beg for a R268 ?? I dont think so. Three(3) months later.. still they're staff aint forthcoming with feedback. I vow to never, ever deal with this brand again..
