This was my worst experience with this website, my partner ordered a bouquet of flowers for me, and what they delivered was the worst thing I’ve ever seen , it was the opposite of what we saw on their page. And after emailing them and tell them the issue , they said it’s not there problem and they ll returned only 10 euros, we payed 113 euros and they only returned 10 euros.
What a shame , you stole our money and I will write about it every day until we get our money back.

As we explained to the customer who sent you this order, our head office in the delivery country has confirmed that the bouquet delivered was of the correct value.
However, we understand the customer is unhappy with the flowers delivered, and we did agree that the florist could have delivered more flowers for the value given, so we gave the customer a partial refund from our side.
The partial refund was related to the difference in size between the Regular and the Deluxe sizes, since what the florist delivered was closer to the Regular size, rather than the Deluxe size ordered by the customer.
However, the partial refund, which we have already processed, is final, and we cannot take the matter further.
Regarding the flowers not being the same as what has been ordered, please note that substitutions may be necessary, as clearly stated on every product page on our website:
"All of our flowers, bouquets, and arrangements are individually crafted from the freshest blooms. While we always strive to ensure that products are accurately represented in our photographs, from season to season and subject to availability, our florists may be required to substitute one or more flowers for a variety of equal or greater quality, appearance, and value."
Please note that from our side, we have dealt with this complaint in terms of the bouquet's value, and not in terms of the substitutions, because the florist delivered a bouquet as similar as possible to the best of his/her abilities, depending on what the florist had in stock at the time of the delivery.
Therefore, the partial refund we gave the customer is a sufficient resolution to the complaint about the value and is also in line with our Terms and Conditions, which you can find here: https://www.mondialflowers.com/termsconditions
We are sorry, but we are unable to take this matter any further both with the customer and with you, the recipient.

**Review Title: Disappointed with My Birthday Bouquet**
I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday, and I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed.
This experience has left me frustrated, and I feel like I wasted my money. I will continue to post reviews until I receive a refund. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope others consider this before purchasing. Save your money and look elsewhere!
