This summer, a couple of leads came simply from people reaching out to me via direct messages. If they keep releasing useful features, the platform could become an industry standard for high-quality projects and freelancers.

I had a mixed experience with Xcover.
While they did approve my claim for delayed baggage and reimbursed me for some purchases (less than 100 euro), I don't understand how you can be an insurance company and avoid direct contact with customers. No live chats, no phone lines - terrible.
