I paid extra so the costume would be custom made to size, I've just received it and the measurements are wrong to the measurements i gave, it's far to big, the boots are also 3 sizes to small i need the costume in 3 days time, and they are not helping

This is certainly not the experience we want to provide. We also understand the urgency, but due to our location in China and logistical challenges, we were unfortunately unable to replace the costume in the requested time frame. We’ve considered several ways to help resolve the size issue, including offering to cover the cost for a local tailor to adjust the costume for you. Unfortunately, we understand that this option was not acceptable to you. As a solution, we are offering a full refund for your purchase. Additionally, we would like to provide extra compensation to help you purchase a suitable replacement locally. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.
