I have been very impressed by the 'refill' scheme which encourages you to return empty bottles/jars to be filled up. My most recent purchase was returned refilled in a week from the time I posted the parcel which I think was brilliant. Orders have always been delivered promptly and the products have suited me extremely well - so I have been pleased to recommend them.
