Terrible product and customer service

Terrible product and customer service! I have ordered eye drops, they sent it FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY. It took 1 WEEK to get them, by that time I didn't need them. When I asked for the return, they refused.
Don't use it - just a waste of time and money..

Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is the default shipping method we use at no additional charge to you. RedBox Rx also offers expedited shipping options through UPS which you can select at the checkout when you purchase your treatment. Shipping prices and delivery times are all listed under the shipping portion of the FAQ's section on our website. We do understand that some treatments need to be started as soon as possible, which is why we also offer the option for you to pick up your prescription at your local pharmacy. This option can also be selected during checkout when you pay for your treatment.

Swindlers and cheaters!

It's sad that such a renown bank, but acts like a poor small business, cheating on its clients. Totally agree with previous reviewers giving it 1 star!
Started as the CitiGold (!) was promised a welcome bonus, but never received it even after opening the case in customer service. Banking services are really poor and slow - they were opening my investment account for 2 months! Eventually, after 6 months of banking and having THE MOST FRUSTRATING banking experience ever, decided to close my accounts.

Beware of what they charge you

Beware of what they charge you! I didn't pay attention and they charged me extra $100 for $140 rental for liability insurance that I didn't need. Tried to remove it, done 10 calls, created 3 tickets with customer service, but the branch just refused to remove it. Terrible customer service!
Another issue - make a video when you take the car, they do a thorough check when you drop it. The guy that gave me the car said "don't worry, it will be Ok", but the guy who took the car from me was very demanding and asked about EVERY SCRATCH. I was just lucky to make a video, otherwise I would have to pay..
Overall - terrible experience, will avoid by all means next time.

Very tricky

Very tricky, beware! Show the rates not In local currency, but in USD with high exchange rate. Overpaid more than 20% for the simple ticket.
