Tread carefully and document everything.. Not only do they not help when there are problems,, but then they come here and have the honest reviews deleted. The Facebook group is highly deletes anything that is less than a wonderful testament. Problems with their shipping and was trying to work it out when their rep from FB blocked me from my own portal/medical records.

There is an Employee that needs reigned in. She runs their Facebook group. I had what started out as a minor mishap with shipping and the company wanted me to handle it, which I felt was their job, but I made the phone calls etc and found my package, that was two day shipping. Eventually about day 9 it arrived. The pharmacy said send it back the medication will be no good after being in the heat that long. Great, I had to remind them to send me a shipping return label and then I was responsible to get it to a UPS drop off. Not a small thing in a rural area, but I did it. They received the package back and on day 16 after taking my money I still did not have a package or new tracking. I contacted the portal who had ignored my last message and saw the REP and explained the whole situation to her, to which she deleted my comment and eventually blocked me when I asked why. Do some Google searching they are not letting any comments in that Facebook group that are not 100% positive
