I am having a hell of a time with Lumi Meds. They used to have 2 separate portals ? And now they upgraded to single portal but it doesnt pull your history.

When I went to renew I was totally confused on the new portal and selected the 399 membership I had last time (so I thought). I got new patient intake forms which I questioned multiple times. I messaged saying keep me same med same dose. Crickets.

Then I get ozempic at a significantly higher dose than my equivalent tirz dose in the mail unexpectedly.

You can't call - every number puts you on hold then eventually just says leave a message.

This company is criminal I have NEVER spoken to a doctor. When they finally acknowledged my message they said sorry you get what you ordered and we might be able to ship what you were on if you buy it again at full price and the prescriber agrees. How the hell did a prescriber agree to change it in the first place.

RUN from this place it's not even cheap.
