Took my money and the website is broken. I didn’t receive my report called customer service and they say they are not equipped to handle my account and told me to come to the website and there’s no email on the website. Hopefully you’ll see this and get my report to me.

Impossible to do business with. When considering a parcel service, just go with somebody else no matter the cost. Over and over again, my packages do not arrive. customer service sends you to India and they are powerless. The money that UPS have taken from my business by not performing their paid obligations is astronomical. I have receipts.

These guys are scammers. I paid in full up front for two separate print jobs that cost in the thousands of dollars. We provided artwork, we accepted their estimate and signed off on the proofs. They failed to deliver on each project when they said the turn time would be 18 days. Now it has been several months of trying to get our money back. Lamar and William the "Owner" hang up in our faces when we try to get some sort of resolve. I am the owner of a small upstanding U.S. business that pays our debts. The "Owner" William hides behind his rude employees that do his bidding by hanging up on me and then blocking our numbers. This has been 3 months of Hell! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I've written other reviews on this company and they try to save face by answering the review politely providing an email or number where to contact them. This is for show. They will not reply to my emails or phone calls. They WILL steal your money!! Don't chance it.

WARNING!: These guys are scammers. They will be glad to take your money up front and do not complete the job. I have been taken on two jobs now. The last job they just cancelled production and said, "We are unable to do that." Even though they bid it, I signed off on the proofs and promised me how great it was going to be, I am still months without any work I paid for. They sent me back a small, SMALL fraction of the thousands of dollars they took. I am still without either print job. If you don't believe me about how bad their service is. please look at their replies to 1 star experience customers. They argue and put blame other places or call them a lier. They WILL Steal from you! And if you read their response “email us directly” what a joke. They have blocked all of our numbers and the owner is a coward and won’t respond to any emails. Just give us our money back. You literally stole money from us if you want to make it right send the money back. You delivered nothing. We got scammed I get it but don’t come on here and pretend we didn’t get scammed. You then reply to my review and ask me to "email you directly". You do not answer and have blocked our phone numbers or if we do get through, Lamar hangs up right in our faces. Please just return our money, you produced and delivered NOTHING 5 months ago. I have never been so scammed out of money in my life.
