This team is the best!! Prior to finding Xiaofeng, I was importing and sourcing from China by myself for 4 years. I experienced a number of issues due to the language barrier, including an entire container of product that was not what was agreed upon. Man, do I wish I found these guys from the start. Xiaofeng and her team have solved all of my problems. They take care of any issues from start to finish, have great communication and are extremely responsive. They helped me source a manufacturer for a product that was extremely difficult to find and have managed the whole process along the way. They have a team on the ground in China who can verify product quality and keep the process moving. I will not source again without this team.
