It was wonderful news to know that I received a message that I had 6 months with 0 APR , on my purchase and accumulated points at the same time.

Was notified by mail that I had two accounts open. There were instructions how to receive my money by phone, but it wouldn't let me go past at a certain point, and was locked out. I called Inspira and told them that I was locked out, and after trying to help me over the phone, they sent me a packet for each account instead. I filled out the packets and after a week, I called back to check on the status. I was told that it was pending, waiting for identification. I told her that I assumed that identification was only required if the money was going directly into my account with my banking information, but since I asked them to send me a check instead I assumed it wasn't required. She told me to take a photo of my DL and email it to their email. As soon as I emailed my identification, I received my checks within a few days. Courteous and professional staff!!!
