Great range of flavours and a good quality product. Love the little sample tubs and the fact that the packaging is all resealable to help keep things fresh... Not that they lasted that long!

Delivery was fast, I received my purchase within a couple of days of my order. The prices were great, the packaging is recyclable and the products worked well.

They're a scam company, stealing data and then charging money claiming that your pet registration has expired. I have 3 pets chipped and registered at the same time, yet apparently only one is expiring, and the details it gave me of my own address etc were incorrect, yet I know the actual Pet Database has them down correctly. If you get an email from them, ignore it.

The weather is terrible right now (snow), but the courier still went above and beyond to deliver my parcel on time.

The courier was polite, friendly, on time, and didn't just dump it on my doorstep and leave without ringing my doorbell, as I have had happen in the past with other couriers.

Ordered date with a book. It's been over a month and I still haven't received anything. The tracking number they gave me only exists/works on their site, and my parcel has allegedly been in the UK with the courier (Parcelforce Cambridge) for almost a week without being delivered.

A lovely, good quality, long lasting product. I thought that being able to buy the tester size to try prior to buying a full size was good, but would have likes to see tester packs as well as individual testers. The communication with the company was good, I was kept up to date on how my order was progressing, and it arrived in a timely fashion.

Delivery was quick, the price was fantastic and even though the book was essentially listed as "well loved", it was in great condition.

Really kind, polite and helpful people who treated me with respect and compassion. They contacted me and kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew that they were always available for questions if I needed to ask anything. The price was very reasonable and included the cost of having the ashes delivered to my door. Direct cremation does take longer, but I felt like my late father was respectfully taken care of every step of the way.
