My cooler arrived damaged

My cooler arrived damaged so took it in to our local store and they replaced it straight away. Although it was a smaller cooler i think it will be ok size for what we want. The guys from store came out to my car and carried it in then took the replacement backto the car

3 in 1 coat and harness

When my dogs coat zip broke, i only had it a few weeks and it was replaced free of charge.
The harness for both my dogs (westie and imperial shih tzu) are great but my little dog has slipped out of it and was hanging while I was driving down the motorway so I had to pull over to sort it out. I can't do it any tighter and it is XS, but she's tiny so I don't think I'll get another at the moment

Not good service …

The time it took for us to receive assistance was 3 hours, we were in pitch black and 2° temperatures. Both pensioners and my husband is diabetic needing insulin

Hi John, we're sorry it took longer than usual to get someone out to you. We can see that the breakdown team were very busy in the area and did everything they could to have someone out as quickly as possible. We hope you're both ok and the car's running smoothly again since Paul fixed it.
