I did not realize I was not booking with the hotel directly. I received a service fee of over 50% of the price of the rooms due to this being a 3rd party. I called and was offered a $100 credit for a $1,800 fee.

This is unacceptable, how are they even allowed to stay in business with such deceptive practices.
