I bought a pair of jeans and the next day I got an email saying they delivered it to the wrong house and I would get a refund. Then I got another email saying they were successfully delivered (they weren’t). I sent them 5 emails to help me. This was in September. Until today still no refund, no reply and no jeans.

I really like how well explained everything is, you can choose sizes, if you want only tops or also trousers, etc. I also think it’s a great idea as a company and there are great prices for the clothes.
