Products ok but
Ordered three items all sent separately. Almost impossible to find, would suggest sending together. When I did find them all, they wanted credit for looking.

Had terrible problem

Had terrible problem. Booking first class and I guess it has to be put into basket before purchasing. Guess I did try seven or eight times. Not worth it.

Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback.

Note that there is a ticketing time limit within which customers are expected to invoice their booking else the tickets in their basket will expire. I understand that it can be a challenge booking multiple trips involving shorter ticket hold times. However, these limits are decided by the rail carriers and vary from carrier to carrier.

Also, you haven't signed up with us resulting in manually typing the information all over again. If you had signed up, most of the fields would have been auto-populated, saving you time and keeping your booking from expiring.

To fill out the contact form, click the "Customer support" option at the bottom of our homepage, then select the "More Help" button at the bottom right on the subsequent page.

Once a day trip 2 hours

Once a day trip 2 hours. Acc to gondola website, they go all day 10 to 5. People I bought tickets for would not go so i had to cancel.
