Don’t trust this company. I ordered on 1st December. There was no communication for over a week. I emailed to complain, they sent me the wrong tracking details and then my nephews T-shirt was delivered to an address 180 miles from where I live. Their support after the sale is awful. Just buy from anyone or anywhere else.
Maddie & Charlotte were super helpful when I went in to buy some ground pegs. Give them a bonus!

The device took 6 whole days to even start being looked at. The phone had been in a case since the day I bought it. They claimed it had some damage to the bezel and knocked £100 off the value of the phone. Told me I’d have to pay to get the phone back to me if I didn’t accept. Always used other companies with no issues. I would avoid

When you created your Trade in you selected the Good condition which must have ‘No scratches, cracks, chips, bends, damage or any sign of use on the device whatsoever. It powers on and functions as new’.
However once received and assessed by our technicians, we found your device had noticeable wear to the edges of the device. This meant your device matched our pretty good condition and so the revised value was given.
