As many others here have said the cancellation process is convoluted and time consuming. After 3 screens of offers to deflect you from the intention of cancellation, you get a phone number to ring.
After holding for five minutes you get through to someone who basically tries the same shtick as the website. When this failed they eventually cancelled my subscription. Then, incredibly, asked me to rate them on Trustpilot! Your wish is my command guys..,
