Solid service, good prices

Solid service and good prices plus you get points (£'s) towards other purchases. Ive only needed to query something once and they were very repsonsive. Highly recommended.

Don't order direct

Ordered some socks, received some boxer briefs and shorts. Now I need to send these back to Italy. Wouldn't recommend going direct if they can't pack orders correctly

Delays delays delays

Ordered a topper and a bed 8 weeks ago and so far I have only just received a mattress protector which I haven't ordered with an order label on it that says 'topper'. The delivery company didn't even turn up on the 1st attempt at delivery and claimed its Emma's fault for only sending one part of the order. When I tried to reject the order of the mattress protector the delivery firm said I have to take it even though it obviously isn't what I ordered and to sort it out with Emma. A shambles on both parts

Update: Having contacted Emma support who were quick to respond and resend the topper but only a pillow was delivered. Third time lucky maybe, I'm not holding out any hope though
