We had a wonderful day out from sea to mountains and lake on the Bali highland tour.
A little confusion at 1st with the pick up time. But once we got underway the service was excellent. Our driver Budi was very quiet but navigated the roads well in a comfortable new car.
Rani was excellent, her English and knowledge of the areas we visited and culture were excellent.
She was very caring and helpful, helping my mother navigate the rough terrain in places and many steps.
And very accomodating, stopping at a roadside stall and batar for our fruit.
A wonderful experience. I would thoroughly recommend them and this trip.

I didn't have anything delivered on the courier. He was turning in our driveway and got stuck. consequently made a huge mess and made me late for school pick up as I couldn't get out.
I would like to speak to someone about it but you have to join to get anywhere. There is no office number to ring!!
