They use SEO to trick you into using their services, which mimic the actual hotel website you think you’re using, right down to how the billing charge appears on your credit card. They will not allow you to change your reservations and you can forget about cancelling. You’ll pay it all. They lose nothing, though.
Pay heed. These people need to be investigated and prosecuted for fraud.
