Broken Timelines and String of Lies
Total failure in both logistics and basic honesty. I paid for expedited shipping on an engagement ring to ensure it arrived in time for a planned proposal event. Instead, the ring sat in 'Crafting' for 10 days with zero communication.
When I followed up, I was repeatedly fed a string of lies. On Thursday, I was promised completion, a video confirmation, and Friday shipping. Friday came—nothing. I reached out again and was given the exact same empty promises. Neither happened. I eventually had to explicitly demand a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for just to get my money back for a service they clearly couldn't provide.
By Monday, the cycle of excuses continued. It is now Tuesday; the ring has finally shipped, but the 'confirmation video' they sent was already in their Google Drive trash and inaccessible. To top it off, the delivery date is now later than even their standard shipping window. My reservations are blown, I have no idea what the ring actually looks like, and I’m left with the bitter taste of being consistently lied to by a company that clearly doesn't value its customers' most important milestones. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE 1:
Since posting this, the company’s "customer service" has suddenly found the energy to contact me. After being ghosted during the crafting process, I am now being pestered daily via phone calls, texts, and emails. Their goal isn't to actually fix the blown reservations or the stress they caused; they are actively trying to bribe me. They offered me a pair of earrings from their site, but only on the condition that I "modify or remove" this review.
It is insulting that they can suddenly manage 24/7 communication now that their reputation is on the line, yet they couldn't be bothered to send a simple status update when my engagement deadline was slipping away. Their "desire to make it right" is a sham—it’s a transactional attempt to silence a dissatisfied customer. If you value honesty and a company that prioritizes your milestone over their star rating, look elsewhere.
UPDATE 2:
Raising the rating from 1 star to 3 stars because they expedited the package to get here in time, even after refunding me my expedited shipping amount. They also paid duty import costs. And the ring looks phenomenal. Took a lot to get here, but in the end, I received my product as promised and am satisfied with my purchase.
