From my own experience using 5 sportsbooks in the last 12 years (a few of them I was using at the same time). I can 100% affirm that Betrivers is by far the worst Sportsbook I've used. Their marketing team is as stingy as it gets. Their customer service speed is as slow as it gets. Their resolution skills when issues and errors arise is undoubtedly the worst I've ever seen in any industry. They fail time and time again when it comes to taking accountability for their shortcomings. They used to be decent until about late 2024. After that, it's gone downhill big time. They aren't worth your time and money if you want a competent sportsbook. The most outrageous issue came when I detected that they were giving players half of the loyalty points entitlement for Sportsbook bets compared to what they had listed on their terms in Loyalty section. What did they do? They tried to create ridiculous excuses. Anything but take accountability. Right after they changed they adjusted the terms and pretended like it never happened. I have receipts (screenshots to prove everything)

Decided to close my account indefinitely for simply requesting proof of alleged previous communication. I had played with them 2 years as loyal customer, however they lack professionalism, understanding and customer service skills. Management certainly has a number of rogue individuals who don't care about their customers. My advice is go elsewhere.
