Essex Bloke

I have written previously praising this company but I am extremely disappointed with them now. I let 3 parking spaces on my driveway and their system regularly says they are unavailable when they are empty. I have been asking for weeks now for them to look into this and sort it out but nothing ever happens.
IT dept is either understaffed or under qualified so this leads to enormous frustration and problems remain unsolved.
If you like good customer services and prompt solutions this probably isn't the company for you.
Update 13.8.25. I have spoken to them twice as per their comments in response to my preious post. Each time the person said they couldn't help but someone would get back to me. BOTH TIMES NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. You couldn't make it up.

I registered my driveway with Park Let and one of their rivals at the same time. I have had nearly all my bookings through the other company. In fact the other company got me more than 10 times as many bookings over the the 6 months trial. So I am coming off with Park Let and Just using the other Parking company from now on

The sound is great. I've got several Spitfire libraries and Im happy with all of them. My only criticism is that this one doesn't show in the tile view in Kontakt Player, its not a problem; you just find in in classic view of Kontakt instead but it did mean I wasted time before support helped me out. Better warning of this slight issue would have been beneficial. Good product though

I haven't been able to access my will because they tell me I am logging on using the wrong email address. But I am using the only email address I have ever given them and the one they use to email me.!

good comm, on time

Pros: the blinds look good quality and arrived on time. Cons: one of my blinds had a small hole in it, a fault in the weave, so on bright days a small shaft of light will come through. Also I don't think the instructions regarding adding / subtracting the measurement of the distance between the end of the blind and the screw holes for the feet are clear, a paper template could help. However I got an instant response- they are sending me a new blind and reviewing their fitting instructions. Excellent customer service.

I wanted to change my email on the system but the website was playing up. when I called for advice someone at Pharmacy first offered to do it for me and was good to her word. Thankyou
