We asked for a refund cause it didn't work. They made stories to allow for that, despite we were entitled for that. We asked for our account to be closed and our data to be deleted but they didn't.
They kept on spamming our email address as they don't allow for email unsubscription (illegal)!!! Asked multiple times to stop emailing us but they refused to do so. We are ready now to start a legal battle with them about that. Such a cr*** company. Don't buy from t hem.

I cannot stress this enough: avoid Coinpayments.NET at all costs. They are nothing but a scam disguised as a service provider, and my experience has been an absolute nightmare.

Here’s what happened: BNB network is shutting down. Fine. They alerted users to withdraw their funds before a very short deadline. Sounds reasonable, right? WRONG. What they conveniently didn’t mention is that their ridiculous minimum withdrawal limit made it impossible for users to retrieve their own money. I was stuck in a trap—below their minimum, unable to withdraw, unable to convert, and completely helpless. They wouldn’t even let me cover the fees myself to get my funds out.
So I "LOST" MY CRYPTO!!! lost is between brackets because they clearly convert those crypto into their assets! Which is equally to STEAL YOUR MONEY!

What’s worse is their customer support. It’s like they hired people whose sole purpose is to brush off customers. When I reached out, they offered absolutely no solutions and acted as if they couldn’t care less about my situation. I felt ignored, dismissed, and downright cheated.

This isn't just bad service; this is theft. They lured users into their platform, imposed these absurd minimums, and then effectively stole my funds when BNB Network is shutting down without offering a way to actually comply with their withdrawal process. It’s nothing short of a disgrace.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor: run the other way. There are plenty of crypto services out there that operate ethically. This is not one of them.

Final Verdict: Zero stars if I could. Shameful business practices and appalling customer care.

I got scammed. They don't have any support system, no email, no phone # to call, nothing... BEFORE purchasing, I advice you to try to contact them from the support page, you will see that there will be no answers.

"Money guard" is the last ricardo.ch invention to steal you 8 CHF on every sale your do and they leverage the seller to activate this and charge the buyer.
After 20 years of activity on ricardo, I can assure you that this thing is COMPLETELY Useless. When an user has this activated... you are pushed to use twint/cards to checkout, you cannot use your IBAN anymore and you don't even see sellers details (email, phone, number, name, etc)... so there is no way for you 2 to connect and actually make the deal. Everything must pass through ricardo. The BIG BROTHER EYE that see everything.
Ricardo completely lost the SPIRIT of what is has been conceived initially in favor of money, money, money. It's not there anymore to connect 2 people to exchange goods and find deals.
