Compré cuatro neumáticos en neumaticos-online.es y ya ha pasado más de dos semanas y todavía no los he recibido.

Lo que no dicen en su página web es que compran los neumáticos en Francia y luego los envían a España, lo que provoca largos retrasos. Dos de los neumáticos llegaron a España después de 5 días, pero escribieron mal la dirección y ahora el paquete está perdido. Los otros dos neumáticos llegaron a España otros 5 días después, pero tampoco me los entregaron a mí.

El servicio al cliente es pésimo – no ayudan, no quieren localizar el paquete perdido y ignoran todos los intentos de contacto. No responden al teléfono, ni en Facebook, ni en WhatsApp. Pero para cobrar el pago sí que respondían rápido a cada mensaje. Una vez que recibieron el dinero, desaparecieron.

Es, sin duda, la peor empresa con la que he tratado. Deshonestos, desorganizados e irresponsables. Si valoras tu tiempo y tu dinero, no compres nada en esta página. ¡Evítalos a toda costa!

Just finishing my first week of meals

Just finishing my first week of meals. Breakfast The taste is not too bad. But it's just pancakes and some eggs whit bacon. The main meals I wouldn't give to any of it more than 5/10. Tex mex burrito I received 3 packs. So tried one, but i couldn't finish it because I thought I'll throw up. Next two packs of burrito straight to the bin. Bunless burger. The meat.. Non eatable.. Received 3 packs, two of it to the bin. I did 15 meals. So from 15 meals just 9 was ok. But just ok. Rest straight to bin. I'm not picky to food. But asda have better meals. On website they said chefs are trained by Michelin chefs. So if. I could call myself a true michelin chef... Is it worth it? No. Still gonna receive second week meals. But already looking to go somewhere else. So from 15 meals which I thought is going to be enough for 5-6 days.. I'm already buying food from grocery store.. I got 30% discount for first week. Payd 88£. Full price would be like 138£ or so... It's not worth for this quality of food..

I’m really sorry to hear that your first week didn’t live up to expectations. It’s disappointing that several of the meals didn’t work for you, especially when you were expecting high quality based on our chef training standards.

Taste is subjective, but you should never feel like you have to throw meals away. I completely understand how frustrating it is to pay for a meal plan and still need to buy extra groceries because some meals weren’t enjoyable. Your feedback on specific dishes, like the Tex-Mex Burrito and Bunless Burger, is really valuable, and I’ll be passing it on to our team for review.
