It is impossible to use the free night award and customer service was useless when I contacted them about the issue. Bonvoy would be better to scrap it altogether so as not to frustrate their members.

I purchased tickets to two spring training games that seemed to be unavailable except through ticketmaster. I was unable to attend and yet although trying many times I was never given the possibility of reselling these tickets and had to eat over $100 worth of tickets. On the other hand, three other games purchased through MLB were easily sold on Seat Geek. Lesson learned. I will never again buy tickets through ticketmaster.

I have been on hold waiting for a callback for well over an hour. My wife called the Aire One who installed the unit and a technician is on the way. I expect they will solve the issue and I will never hear from ecobee.

I had booked a flight for my son to fly home from Vancouver for Christmas. The airport was a mess due to weather and flights got cancelled and rebooking became difficult. I phoned air miles and got through to a wonderful customer service representative very quickly. She took my request to cancel the whole trip and said she would look into the situation and call me back. That afternoon she called back and the whole request had been handled beautifully. My air miles had been returned to my account and other costs are in the process of being refunded. I shudder to think of what would be the case if I had to deal with Air Canada.
