I had no problems with Mountain…but delivery was a problem

I had no problems with Mountain Warehouse but did with EVRI who were to deliver. Spoke to MW customer services (Danielle Poynton) who quickly reassured me that she would deal with EVRI and that they would resend my items via a different courier. Danielle was polite, pleasant and efficient- a credit to Mountain Warehouse customer services - happy customer

Gretsch G2622t semi hollow

This used guitar was marked as excellent condition- for good reason. Absolutely immaculate, not a mark on it. Not only does it look like a work of art hanging on my wall - it also plays really well. Ordered on a Sunday evening and I received it on the Tuesday morning- fabulous service.

Got the guitar I really wanted

Saw the guitar I really wanted, but didn’t have the cash. Able to get instant credit at reasonable rates, meaning I didn’t have to settle for second best. The guitar came beautifully presented, with a little card attached with the name of the guy who had set it up (guitar plays brilliantly). Delivery much quicker than I expected. An altogether stress free and enjoyable buying experience
