I've been trying to return the items for a refund because I do not want them (they are completely unopened!!) and I have emailed them 30+ times with 0 response. I have also reached out on Instagram with no response. I am so fed up with them. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! It will be a giant waste of money!

Zero customer service!! I have reached out to them through email, Instagram, their website, leaving reviews on the website, etc. I have gotten zero response and it has been a month now. All I wanted to do was exchange pants for a different size, but they have been so bad, that I will not be shopping here anymore. I recommend you stay away!!

Because of this review, they have finally reached out to me about the exchange and it has gotten processed. I HATE leaving negative reviews because I think people need to be shown grace (I mean, I would like for people to show me grace), but when you repeatedly don't get back to people after multiple contact attempts, it becomes a problem. I don't know if they need to hire more customer service people or what, but I do know that something needs to change on their end regarding customer service.
