Norton support is ignoring me for almost 2 months, I contacted them multiple times (more than 5x during the last 3 weeks, every few days), and each time they say that they escalated the case to the seniors and they will contact me in 24-48h. My problem is related to installation, so I'm unable to use the service for which I paid. THE WORST SUPPORT.
