I spoke to Alex Vilar today. I had to renew my insurance, and he was very polite, not pushy at all. I asked him to give me a call back later, as there were a few things I needed to speak to my son about. Alex didn't keep me waiting and called back. I had a lot of questions to ask him, and he was very thorough. There were a few points on my license that I totally forgot about, and he reminded me (lol), which I am glad about. My insurance was a little high, but he managed to make my monthly instalments affordable, which I am happy about.

Easy to use and the app is great it's really easy to navigate

On time and package in good order. They found my property, usually it's hard tonfind

My clothes came on time and they fitted really well, it was what I had expected

Parcel was on time I could see where my driver was he also came across as very polite and professional

When I broke down I had no choice to sign up to Europa for my hire car, I have to be honest because I had quiet a few incidents where I was really disappointed withe service. However I was extremely satisfied because the delivery was prompt they gave me exactly what I wanted and the car was great, shame I had it only for a few days! Well done guys keep up the massive improvement, cant wait for my car to break down again:-)
