Discounted by £20 not a happy customer I paid £80 now £60 & no information on instructions with regard to USB power bank what power outage…???

So would have given you 5 stars because good quality items with reasonable price...the problem was how long it took to deliver so slow & no communication via email if there was a problem at your end.

Hi Paul,

I am sorry that you didn't have the best experience here. While it's good to see the products are doing the job I am disappointed to see the delivery time frame and communication was sub par.

For this order (gb1633575743) the delivery was due on 8 August. The tracking details indicate it arrived 6 August though I do appreciate that is still quite some time after the order was placed. If it relates to another order please let us know and we will look into this.

This is something we are working on and your feedback will help on this matter.
